Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Erin on the service team was wonderful. I really enjoyed the convenience of communicating primarily via text. The pick-up process was super easy and I got paid by check in person. Kudos to the team for the fast and friendly experience.

You purchased 4 vehicles from us. All of your employees are very hard to understand. During the process, they repeated the same directions repeatedly, and each time I called, I was transferred and had to go through the same steps again. It was very time consuming.

Language barrier.

Transaction process was relatively smooth. The only problem I experienced was that the driver picking up the vehicle did not speak much English. This slowed the process down as he had to call the office for assistance. Perhaps include in the process a question regarding primary language spoken. This would help avoid future delays in the transaction process at the pick up appointment.

People were friendly

People were friendly. Process was simple.
Little bit of a language barrier.
Was told that I would be contacted to schedule pickup of vehicle. This didn’t happen. Instead I was called by driver 30 minutes before while I was at work.
Was also told they would have a certified check. This was also not true. Had to wait until next day to cash the check as well.

However, check did clear without any further issues.

The quote was the most I had been given…

The quote was the most I had been given for my car out of 6 places I called, they worked with me about timing for pick up, and they were the nicest people I had dealt with! If you want to sell your wrecked car or not wrecked car, please call them because they will give you top dollar for your car!

Fast professional deal

Fast professional deal.
I called, got the qoute, and made the deal within an hour. They picked up the car the next day. The only glitch was the advice on filling out the paperwork was not clear and we had to resubmit an affidavit to correct a missing signature. The driver that picked up the car seemed to have no authority to sign anything either.

Easy Transaction

Good except for the emails

The service was basically as advertised. Signing and taking pictures of the title front and back and emailing them was a curveball, but I got thru it. The only bad thing was all the solicitation emails I got from Emily Grantt after the deal had already been done! You have the car already! Quit bugging me!
