Everyone I spoke with on the phone was…helpful
Everyone I spoke with on the phone was great, but I would suggest getting some North American representatives so they're easier to understand. Also, the driver that picked up my car had a bad attitude, left me standing in the pouring rain, and threw my car cover on the ground after I left for anyone to run over. In addition, I was told my car would be picked up between 1:00 and 5:00, and they called me at 11:00 instead to say they were on the way. I had to drop everything and run.

I had some trouble understanding instructions over the phone on title information (language barrier), but all else was good. Even though my car was picked up without the driver notifying me, it was made right the next day by a manager. She sent another driver to meet me with the check & to retrieve the title. The Savannah office personnel & the driver that met me were very polite & efficient!
