I was slightly skeptical about giving details online or over the phone about my old vehicle but I read the reviews and felt more at ease. Once Cash for Cars made an offer, I received an email and then a phone call. I spoke with the representative and arranged to drop off my car at a location about 15 minutes away. Dropped it off and received a certified check on the spot. Super fast and easy.

Responded to my inquiry quickly. Had to speak with a number of operators, but all were friendly and responsive. Received offer for vehicle and pick up scheduled during initial call. Tow truck driver showed up on time, was very personable, had the payment as agreed. Driver was efficient and professional.

My experience with Cars for cash was amazing. I made the decision to sell my car and the representative was very professional and upfront with my issue. They paid me the highest amount for my vehicle after I called numerous places. My car was picked up within 24 hours and paid when my vehicle was picked up. The Sun Valley staff as well as the tow technician were friendly and accommodating as to the issue I had to remove my car A.S.A.P. I am very happy with my experience with this company.
