It was overall a good experience. People were eager to help, though some with an accent spoke too fast to understand at times.
In the beginning I was very confused because every time I called I found a different person on the line, who then had to look up my case on their data base, and knew nothing about conversations I'd had with other operators.
Poor, Unreliable communications. I keep getting the run around about getting a Bill of Sale for a Vehicle I sold to CoPart direct, that was taken and received by CoPart in Temple Texas. Copart in Temple says to call Copart Corp, and Corporate says I have to get it from the receiver in Temple Tx
