CashForCars (Copart) actually offered about $150.00 more than the initial offer from the broker, which was great. I appreciated it and know that they should make good profit on this car. Sadly it had issues I didn't want to deal with and I am not parting it out, that's what we have places like Copart for. So, it was a win for both. The team was professional and courteous, and the car was picked up the next day with a check in hand.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made an inquiry online, contacted soon after and they came and picked up my car the same day.

Cars 4 Cash offered me the best deal with zero bullsh*t. Martha talked me through the sale process over the phone, and she was very friendly and up front. I can't remember the name of the women who helped me in-person at the Vallejo location but everyone there was friendly as well, and I was in & out with a check in hand.

It was a horrible experience. They gave me a check that was no good. The bank wouldn’t cash it nor let me deposit it even though I have money in that bank. Went back to Copart and I was told to come back the next day for a new check. Wait was long, employees not very polite and they told everyone to wait outside and it was 95 degrees that day. Never again!

The process was very smooth. I do think it would have been nice to know that the team wanted pictures in advance of them picking up my car. My challenge was that the car was in a different city, so I had to go to the car, take the pictures, and then go back to the other city that afternoon for the pickup. I also did not know that you needed the release from the dealership, which I also could have obtained.

The plan was for the tow person to contact me when he was on his way to the the auto shop where the car was located so that I can meet him there and do the transaction (drop off keys/paperwork and pick up check).
But instead, car was picked up and brought to Vallejo without my knowledge. I had to waste 3hrs to drive there to do the transaction. Other than that it was a good experience (fair price for the car, nice sales person).

Received a quote for if I take the car to the address drive down there waiting to speak with some for over 45 mins then finally spoke to someone and even though I had email and text of the quote they said no they don’t have any info about it called again and got another quote and had to confirm that these people in the office would take the quote then finally after about 2 hours they took it when you guys advertised it’s a 30 min process obviously to drop off a car you need another person and car there to pick you up so my wife an infant daughter had to wait in the car for 2 hours when this shouldn’t have happened not to mention they said 2-3 hours for the check to be able to use and a day later I want able to cash it and called yet again for them to tell me another 2-3 hours

Cash4Cars made it surprisingly easy to sell my car. I had been in an accident. I wasn’t sure if I was gonna be able to sell it at all. They gave me a quote over the phone and I sent them some photos, and then somebody came out to look at the car. All in all it took about five days. It might’ve been less time, but it was a holiday weekend. I was a little skeptical about the whole process and at times I thought there was going to be a bait and switch, but in the end they delivered. So, thank you, Cash4Cars .
