The driver picked up the car and did not notify us tp meet him with the title and get our check. We still have not received our check but you have the title.

They made the process quick and easy! Out of the three people I contacted they gave me the better deal. This is a great place to sell your car! They even gave me more money for dropping off my car instead of them towing which was also an option.

Very seamless process to get the vehicle sold

Excellent! This was incredibly easy. Getting paid for an old car and that they come to pick it up. I couldn’t ask for better service.

After my car was put on the bed of the dispatcher truck, he just drove off..... no thank you.... no nothing. My husband flagged him down to let him know he needed to take the title and issue me a check. He apologized and stated that he wasn't given any information from the yard regardless payment, etc. After he confirmed payment he gave me the check. I went to cash the check hours later, only to be told there was no funds available. I called the company because who gives a check to someone and there's no money available in the account. I was told it would take at least 2-3 hours for the funds to post. I was then contacted by Dodi, to tell me that there were several mistakes made by the dispatcher that needed to be resolved, before I could go back to the bank and cash the check. She was very apologetic and gave me the email address of the general manager in addition to calling back to ensure that the funds have been released. When I called this time l, I literally was given the run around until finally I request to speak to a supervisor. When he (the supervisor) finally got on the phone, he literally answered the phone "Hello, this is the supervisor".... so I said "what's your name supervisor"? He answered (after hesitation) Kenny. I then explained to him the situation and how there needed to be a resolve immediately. He then stated it would take up to 4 hours for the funds to be released (at this point, it was past 4 hours). He then transferred me back to the yard where my car was taken. I then spoke with a lady named Karen who told me the funds were released and she apologized for the miscommunication and mishap too. At this point, I knew the bank was closed, so I just waited until the morning to cash it. Fortunately, the funds were indeed available and ready to be released. This was not the most favorable experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone patronize this business for service. Unless, you want to endure miscommunication and given the runaround for hours.
