Everything was very fast and my estimate was higher than I expected which is nice. Waiting for the check to clear mobile deposit. The only complaint I have is the charges for the payment options are VERY high. 5.00 for me to print my check is crazy and the free option has no tracking. Those payment options need to be updated a little.

I’ve used Cash for Gold in the past
I’ve used Cash for Gold in the past, so I’ve known them to be a reputable company. I recently sent them some of my grandmother’s sterling silverware. The offer I got back seemed ridiculously low to me, so I declined it. In the back and forth of figuring out how to get my items back to me, they asked what had I expected their offer to be. I gave them a number, based on the current price of silver. An appraisal manager got back to me and said they had personally looked at my items and that the first offer was indeed too low. They explained to me the process through which sterling silver must go to get the pure silver out of it and presented me with a new offer, which I happily accepted. I’m happy with the outcome.
