This business is a criminal operation, plain and simple. First, I was given an offer for (4) laptops, but when they received them I was given all kind of negative feedback regarding the laptops, which had never been used. When they returned them, they had switched my "Hard-drives" which had (Windows-11) to "Hard-drives" which had )Window-10). they will be reported to "The Attorney General and local Law Enforcement in their area, and they will be shut down one way or another.

On lines (7) & (11) they claim in capital letters that "NOTHING WAS CHANGED ON OUR END".
Now on line (10) they clearly state that...(10. Hence in order for us to inspect the laptop operating system were "downgraded to Windows 10". Well that's considered a "CHANGE", and they also "SWITCHED" the "Hard-drives" because the laptops that were returned had "SCREENSAVERS" on them. Which would not be on a laptop that was simply "DOWNGRADED". Also, the screensavers on the returned units varied, indicating there was "No Uniform" process as indicated. Whereas "ALL" the units would be the same upon return, if the same process was performed on all the units. Finally, "Windows-11" start around $100 US, they had no right returning "operating systems" other than that which they received. (NOTE; If someone attempts to sell, for instance "A Car" to someone, and the deal doesn't work out. The buyer cannot return the car with a "Different Engine" ...and expect that to be okay. Therefore, by downgrading the operating systems, they lowered the value of the returned units, which we sell to customers "Highlighting The Upgrade of Windows-11". The bottom line is, the units were altered "AS STATED" by this company with "VARYING HARD-DRIVES" so they will bare the burden of their actions.

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, your review is NOT based on actual facts. Below is our detailed response with actual facts.

1. You placed an order to sell 4x Dell Latitude 7390 Intel Core i5 8th Gen in Flawless condition.
2. We sent you a prepaid label on March 11, 2023
3. The laptops were delivered at our facility on March 15, 2023

4. We inspected the laptops and found the following.
4.1 The laptops clearly had signs of use.
5. We offered a revised price per laptop based on fair market value of the laptops to which you didn't agreed.
6. We shipped back the laptops at our cost - We paid for the label.
7. The laptops were shipped back using the same hard drives and same specs. NOTHING WAS CHANGED ON OUR END.
8. The laptop were not wiped before they were sent. This is clearly mentioned in our policy.
9. During the inspection, the operating system was downgraded to Windows 10 as these laptops come with Windows 10 and as per Dell official website they support till Windows 10.
10. Hence in order for us to inspect the laptop operating system were downgraded to Windows 10.
11. The Hard drives were not removed, replaced or changed. NOTHING WAS CHANGED ON OUR END. We can verify this using the serial number.

This was a seedless process. I entered my computer data and received an offer. I printed a shipping label and sent my computer off. Two days later I received cash.
