I sent two laptops in with hard drive issues, was quoted a fair price, but was told there was nothing they could do with them, and recycled them and gave me nothing. I complain for a month and was now told to send a label for them to be returned. So, which is it? Was given a dead line as well. End of business the next day. I don't have access to these resources. Unethical, and unfair business practices.

However, your review is not based on actual facts. Below is our detailed response with the correct information:
1. You sent us a laptop and a MacBook.
2. Both devices were locked.
3. We sent you multiple reminders to unlock them or provide a return label if you wanted them back.
4. You did not respond to any of our emails.
5. After receiving no response for 30 days, the laptop and MacBook were recycled.
6. You contacted us only after they had already been processed for recycling.
7. We made an effort to retrieve them, but instead of requesting their return, you repeatedly asked for compensation.
8. You insisted on receiving payment for locked devices rather than having them returned.
We have all the documented proof in our email records. It was clear that you were seeking compensation for locked laptops. Our terms and shipping instructions clearly state that we cannot accept locked laptops or MacBooks, as this violates the identity clause.

I had some old computers i did not need anymore, i found these guys on google and they were outstanding. Jay - sent over the shipping label immediately, processing was fast, there was a discerption about condition but explained to me well and I agreed. Would do business again with these guys !

Run Fast and Far!
They're a bigger scam than I realized. I came across these jerk offs through a company that supposedly buys apple tablets and used laptops. On the phone they go by names like "Jay Smith" "Alex" "Doug" but thick middle eastern accents. Course no one who really is from the middle east has names like Jay Smith, Alex and Doug! Turns out there is a slew of companies with the same MOBILE number and the same 2 physical addresses. I contacted the police on them today. I'm also reporting them to the FTC as well as itc.gov They're clearly huge scam artists with numerous operations. Stay away from this company and any company affiliated with this address

Purchase a second laptop for a company which ended up putting my contract role on hold during my on boarding process due to the economy. Needed to recoup as much money as possible on the laptop that I bought and Jay has been a tremendous help in recouping some of the money I spent purchasing the 2nd laptop.

Poor experience
Please don't trust a few positive reviews. My recent experience with this company wasn't top-notch, the customer service is not up to professional standards. I have unintentionally misreported a few minor specs for my device however the quote was significantly reduced for it. I believe few reasons they gave for it were unjustified. Also their policy makes it inconvenient to the customer get the device returned as we need to pay for it. The company is less considerate about the customer but more considerate about profits from sales in an aggressive way.
