We are sorry to hear about your experience. I was able to find and review your account and I do see that a few chargebacks were issued Monopoly Go! on 2025-04-10 and Tikitaka Casino on 2025-05-13. Because of these, your overall chargeback rate has risen to 52.0%. When this happens, our system automatically applies a 45-day lock period especially when there are multiple chargebacks involved.

I also noticed that some of the offers completed like Blackjack, Sirius and Tikitaka have a history of being high-risk. This is exactly why the locking system exists: to protect not just the platform but also members like yourself. While offers may initially credit from partners such as Revu and Torox, advertisers still review them afterward and can issue reversals which is what happened with Tikitaka.

That said, we do release offers early if they are considered low-risk and proof is provided but unfortunately, this doesn’t apply to higher-risk ones. I know some other sites may release faster but they often offset this by paying less to cover potential chargebacks. While many offers do unlock within 24 hours, higher-risk campaigns require additional time to ensure advertisers do not reverse the credit later. Even if the advertiser initially credits your account, payment is not guaranteed until their review period often 30–60 days is complete.

We understand how important timely payments are, and we want to clarify the situation. This member has already received $91.74 via crypto (LTC), including their first payment on 05/03 for $28.45, along with multiple successful withdrawals over the past few months.

Our FAQ clearly states that withdrawals are processed within 48 hours though we normally complete them within 24 hours. Occasionally, there may be delays with PayPal, Coinbase, Tremendous or banks that are outside of our direct control. In your case, the payment was still within the stated timeframe but you became upset and began sending aggressive messages through tickets and Discord before giving us the proper time to process.

You are right, some offers, especially in certain categories like casinos can be unreliable. Unfortunately, it’s an industry-wide issue. There are a huge number of offers pushed by networks and while many are good, some simply don’t credit or pay out as they should.

This is actually one of the main reasons we created the Activity Channel on Discord and have been growing our community so members can share feedback, flag problem offers quickly and discover the ones that perform best. While it’s not a perfect solution yet, it has helped a lot of users avoid bad offers and focus on the reliable ones.

We also don’t have full control over what appears on offerwalls, since our partners decide which offers to show. We do report problem offers but it can take time (and sometimes be difficult) for them to be removed. We understand this still isn’t ideal and we’ll keep working on improving safeguards so members can earn with more confidence.

To clarify, the 30-day hold is standard for high risk and high payout offers like Raid Shadow Legends especially given the high risk and volume of abuse we've seen, we have seen multiple chargebacks on raid from revu. This is not specific to your account, it's a protective measure we apply to all similar offers to give our partners time to review.

In your case, the issue was due to completing the same offer more than once across different offerwalls. This is something our partners have specifically flagged and we’ve received multiple complaints about it which is why our policy has always been strict on this point.

While some sites may allow repeat completions, we do not and this is clearly stated in our Terms of Service which all members agree to upon signing up. We don’t profit from denying legitimate completions.
