Picky condition review process
Got a quote based on good condition. They sent back a list of minor scuffs along the sides and dropped the offer by 50 pounds. Never mind that internally the laptop has upgraded ram and two upgraded hard drives. Seemed very picky and honestly, who can be bothered to get the laptop sent back at that point. So I took the low ball offer and left this review instead.

I am sorry you feel the revised offer was picky and based only on minor scuffs.
In fact, we provided a photo clearly showing that a piece of the laptops case has snapped off near the right hinge. Structural damage to laptops prevents them being approved as "good condition" and for this reason the price was revised.

Fantastic service. I found the whole procedure simple from start to finish. I got a quote for my old desktop. I selected a date for it to be picked up. It was collected on that day and the next day I received my money and certificates to say the disks had been wiped.
Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Sold my laptop. They sorted a courier to collect next day. Courier provided a secure box. Next day or so.. email came through when they received it stating my original quote has actual been increased by about £100. Fast payment and honest company. Most definitely use again! 👍🏻

I rarely make reviews but this was one of the few transactions that i have done online that I was very happy with. Waf fair with the price (they even increased it for what I originally put!) And it was all quick and went really smooth. Will surely sell my old devices again in the near future!
