Easy to use, but takes a lot of time for the cashback to be confirmed. There are times when the cashback is found missing! You can log a ticket for the same, but then it takes 2-3 months to be tracked and then again ~75 days to be confirmed, which in ideal case should be only 75 days for the whole process.
There are times when the customer forgets to log in his cashkaro account and does the shopping directly on the seller's website. Hence would recommend that if an option is provided at the seller's payment portal to enter the cashkaro customer ID before the payment, it would even be more better & also more and more people would get to know about Cashkaro.
On the other side, should appreciate the collection of coupons of each seller. This is at times the only coupons valid for the seller. Hence the customer can just visit Cashkaro to find out all the discounts/coupons valid on the seller's portal.
In simple words, Cashkaro is one stop portal to know the coupons + earn cashback.

Swati Bhargava and Rohan Bhargava have innovated well with introducing Cashkaro.com. Cashkaro is quite transparent in its operations and trying to solve the problems of customers. But it has no phone number. The coordination with the member websites is not upto the mark. When customers complain any non-payment, the complaint remains with cashkaro forever without being addressed and the customer looses the cashback money. Cashkaro must take it seriously, so that customers can find it faithful.

Cashkaro is undoubtedly the best cashback website in India. Interface looks good and is pretty simple to navigate through. Cashback being offered is simply the best. I have been able to save more than 1500 in just 6 months. They truly are awesome. Sometimes we need to raise missing cashbacks which takes days to get resolved. But be assured it will definitely be resolved. Customer support is very responsive. Your queries are immediately addressed, I rememmber getting a reply in less than 10 mins, that too when it was raised after midnight.
