Cash Money's Crew Cares!!
Was interested to grow my use of Cash Money's product offerings to include its Line of Credit. Unlike my history with the lenders go to Payday Loan product, the onboarding experience for this second required repeated additional staff assistance. The collective efforts, on my behalf, of the company's retail based client facing team at its Kitchener downtown (King W /Wellington) location were most impressive! Emily, Jessie, and Veronica cannot be commended enough for their politeness, patience and perseverance throughout the entire process, having successfully demonstrated that (even to a team) when solutions do not come easily, resolutions always will when committed to.
