Pay Day Loan
My pay day loan was taken out of my account on the day of and I was charged NSF. I did a PTP, on my bank acct it showed amount debited but it didnt show on cash money. I got call from Shana saying PTP was not honored. It was terrible experience as no one at cash money knew. Its only when I escalated and asked for manager the issue I was told it take 5business days, till then everyone was giving me a run around. Now that everything is done, I dont have the option for pay day loan. It is so difficult to get timely help from your agents. They dont know the process and time lines for PTP.

Customer service is overall pretty good…
Customer service is overall pretty good but when the rep is assisting you and having personal conversations with the next rep beside them, assisting someone else as well, it slows things down and doesn’t look professional
