Absolute jokes.
Explained over and over again how they were setting my payments to days I wasn't getting paid. Then I experienced website issues where it was telling me I owed my whole loan instead of my payment, then it was telling me I defaulted my payment when I hadn't
Then they set my loan for TWO DAYS AFTER I PAID MY LAST ONE
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS
I told them over and over again that DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE I wouldn't be able to pay TWO DAYS AFTER MY LAST PAYMENT
But they didn't listen or help me so now I'm using them and I have no intention of ever paying them because they're idiots. They literally operate in a customer service setting but don't even pay attention to anything the customer says or has on file. I am absolutely using you guys
And I've stopped payments with my bank meaning after your payment bounces from trying to take it from my account and PUTTING ME IN THE NEGATIVE, I WILL NEVER BE PAYING YOU, all because you guys were so INCOMPETENT

I have been a customer for 14 years, always amazing staff at Geneva.St location in St.Catharines so helpful and nice I would highly recommend them if your in need of some quick cash.The process is easy and now they offer pay back and reborrow online so if you don't drive or other wise can leave your home due to disabilities this makes it convenient. They also offer lines of credit and other borrowing needs.

got the run around from this site, After going to 2 different after being approved for a loan i was told i actually wasn't eligible and im still receiving emails saying im approved and to come to a store
