I keep filling these surveys with the same explanation, I do not like how I was treated when I paid off my loan this year, I came to pay off my loan and was told the draft wasn't good enough, the manager made me go back 4 times to the bank to ensure it was legit. Only to be told he won't accept unless I bring cash.I had to different location by yonge street to make the payment.Also I asked for an increase and everyone says, we don't have offers for you. I've a kept a good payment record and was surprised I couldn't be offered an increase
