App is easy to use and understand never had an issue and if I need help I am able a store which the associates are friendly and helpful

I like that I can borrow and pay back myself, I dont need to go into a branch or speak to a representative. It makes things do much faster, but yet more simple. I like being a customer here, I def recommend.

I have used Cash Money a few times over the past 2-3 years. I had a very negative experience with a staff member while taking a payday loan. I was treated very rudely, the staff member processing my payday loan actually stopped helping me and went to assist another customer, an individual was allowed to stand right besides me and could hear all my personal information I had to ask the customer to move back and over all was treated like my business was less important than the other customers in the store. I left the store feeling very upset and uncomfortable. Shortly after this experience I was passing by the location and noticed that the staff member I had the unpleasant experience with was not in so I decided to go in and speak to a staff member or manager about what had happened. It’s embarrassing enough to have to borrow money to make your ends meet but then to be treated as if your business does not matter and to have all your personal information being overheard by a stranger is just adding insult to injury. I explained all of this to the female manager (unfortunately I do not remember her name) she listen intently, apologized and agreed that what I experienced was unacceptable. She provided me with her card and advised me that she would take care of any of my future transactions personally when possible and would speak to the staff member that I had the negative interaction with about his actions. She also assured me that if I called ahead she would make sure that I would not have to deal with that individual again. If it were not for the managers response I would not have used this location again.
