BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
The customer service I received from online, to phone, and then in person, was extremely helpful, professional and polite.
I had the pleasure of conducting business with Malcolm at the Robie Street location. He was absolutely fantastic! He politely listened to me ramble on while he was quickly entering the required information to process my loan. He was very knowledgeable and very quick. I actually enjoyed the entire process. It is rare these days to receive ANY decent customer service. So when I receive EXCELLENT ASSISTANCE, I WANT IT TO BE RECOGNIZED!
All three staff members I had the opportunity to speak with were amazing.
THANK YOU ALL for making what could be a very depressing situation, an enjoyable and refreshing one!
Your efforts are not going unnoticed!

Cash money has been my go to for awhile, they have been there for me at my hardest times. I enjoy going in store, it is always a warm welcome and great customer service. On the weekends and evenings the wait time is alittle brutal due to the fact they only have 1 person working at a time. Other then that they are usually fast, front the time they start dealing with my situation to the end and me walking out the door is usually a 5 to 7 minute process. I would recommend cash money to anyone who needs alittle extra help. When those hard times arise. Online is extremely glitchy, it is always signing me out in the middle of something, doesn't let me submit a application or update 😑 I would recommend definitely going into a store. I would never make a payment on line either just because of all the glitches

A fast and pleasant experience
The people are always fast and pleasant I’m in and out usually in 5 minutes or so and the e-transfers show up about 10 minutes later.
