Online Interface:Something has changed in the past month…
Something has changed in the past month or so, making the online features much more difficult. There seem to be a lot of technical glitches. The interface with Lend Direct is painful in comparison to the previously very friendly Cash Money interface, but whatever changes have been made recently are also impacting the Cash Money user experience. I hope you are able to properly rest and resolve the user experience pain points.

The representative there was amazing
The representative there was amazing, the 2 women were so customer service oriented and pleasant. I really like this location on Jane and Wilson, very great representative. Also the gentleman who answered my call was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job guys! I will definitely send my friends there for services.
