Unfortunately I cannot rate this "loan"…

Unfortunately I cannot rate this "loan" (more like scam) place zero stars!! This loan company should be shut down! What a Croc of S**t!!! So many things wrong with this place and when I email them personally, you would not believe the unprofessionalism they reply with!
#1. If you take out a loan with these people, they do NOT follow the provincial rates what so ever! You borrow $300 and they want $500+ back on your next cheque. There is no option to break the payments into more than one payment.
#2. If the payment does not go through, they will continue to try and try and try again! Until your bank account is $1000-$2000+ in the hole due to NSF fees, etc. they screwed me over with Scotiabank and now I'm in debt to the bank because of these crooks!
#3. Even if you were to claim bankruptcy or enroll in an OPD program or anything like that, because you simply cannot afford to pay back any or all of your debts, they will STILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT!
#4. They do not keep a record of your loan documents! Just days after signing their "documents" they are no where to be found! I've asked them several times for the original documents and they cannot/willnot provide them to me. They claim that since my loans are months overdue, they don't have them anymore?? They just keep a loan #, the date and the amount you borrowed from them. Even though, with every email they send you, they provide a link stating, "signed loan agreement." When you click it, it says, sorry there are no documents available??? Like what is up with that?
#5. Last, but not least, the unprofessionalism of these swindlers is just atrocious and crude with no respect at all! I literally asked them, if they want to keep charging my account, obviously trying to screw me over again (a second bank account, I did not authorize them to use!), it's been months mind you, I asked if they'd just send my account/loans to the collections agencies, they refused, asking me why I can't just pay them the money I borrowed because thats all they want, and if I don't, I'll be reported? Reported to who exactly?

Here is one of the many disreputable responses I received from them:

"Why are you NOT paying? We will be reporting you shortly to the
agencies.

You need to start repaying and making arrangements.

Where is your AISH and CHILD TAX being deposited into now? Please send
us the void cheque so we can put this on a payment plan.

If we DO NOT receive it, we will report you directly.

Regards,
Ivy"

I would NEVER recommend anyone to get a loan from this "company" such shysters, so disrespectful, straight con artists, scamming fraudsters it's disgusting!
If any one knows what I can do to get away from these people?? As they will not listen, they won't leave me alone and they are just harassing me at this point, please let me know 🙏they've already put me thousands in the hole with one bank and are trying to do it again with another account I have.. I need help.

Welcome to the Amateurville Horror!

These people sound like a mom and pop operation. They seem incapable of analyzing a financial statement. Anything out of the ordinary like a regular biweekly payday on a Wednesday throws them into a ball of confusion. Was a regular customer in the past but now they are dreadfully slow. When I called 5 hours after my original email explaining the date of my paydays and how they show on the bank statement, they still hadn’t read the email and I had to explain it all to them again. Despite submitting bank statements and everything early in the morning and my follow up phone call in the early afternoon - by late afternoon they denied me the loan not knowing how to figure out my biweekly payday date landing on Wednesdays. I went and got a loan with SpeedyCash using the same banking info in about 5 mins.

Scammers…

They charged me $168 dollars even though the contract said $154. Also, I don’t think $154 is even legal as it’s 15 dollars on 100. Terrible company

Illegitimate loan company

Illegitimate loan company. Potentially unlicensed. Charges rates above the guidelines set by the government even though the website says it charges legal rates and describes the company as 100% legal. Payments are sometimes withdrawn early. They get people caught in debt traps because of this. If you must deal with this company DO NOT give them your banking login. Use the other option which is to email your monthly statements to them. No loan company should ask for your banking login/password even if it is an option. Be scammed at your own risk!
