Haven't received payment
CadhSentinel sent me a message saying that the transaction was now complete and asking me to review their service. But I have not received payment. I sold a car using this secure service to handle the payment. I now don't have a car and don't have money for the car. So 1 star because I can't give zero stars.
Edited following the reply from CashSentinel. Yes, of course I checked with your customer support first. They told me in writing that the transfer was made last Wednesday, and confirmed by your bank on Thursday. Then when no payment arrived, they said that the transfer was confirmed on Friday. It is Monday and still nothing. Your online customer support is inconsistent and at least one of the stories they have told is untrue.
It is not a professional service.
