Pressed to continue without currency conversation and it’s not worked and so we’re £65 out of pocket. This was on a machine at Kado Rock in fuerteventura. Avoid these scamming Barstewards. So angry.

We withdrew cash from a machine that clearly displayed 'free cash withdrawals' but when we looked at our account we had been charged 3% - what a scam!

Last Wednesday, I wanted to take out £250 from the machine and the machine was empty so I couldn't take out anything. Later, I checked the account and they deducted the amount despite me not receiving me anything. I contacted them and they told me they would send a form to me and if I sent that to the bank I would get my money back. It's been one week and I still haven't received my money back. They are a bunch of scammers!

Why have u taken money out of my account when I couldn't withdraw anything

Appalling service. My son went to withdraw £250 in a machine in Manchester. Told him it was dispensing the money … no money given!! Was told by bank they send an investigation which could take up to 17 days. Disgusting, my son is 16 and that’s his hard earned money I contacted them.. nothing can’t speak to anybody! NEVER EVER USE THEM!

In mid august of this year I withdrew 2 lots of cash from a local stone from a cash zone machine. one £20 not was fake had all ink over the bottom part of it. I obtained information from the store including a phone number & the machine number, When returning home I called there number gave them all the information including my bank details. I returned it as instructed. was told I would get my money back. Not received anything from them, I can't afford to lose £20 pound as I'm sure most people can't. Absolutly disgusted with the way they are not interested.

I must have pushed the wrong choice on the ATM machine, even if I am aware of never to choose NOK but Euro for conversion, or how was this again??
I was charged 11,24% extra, or 56 euro + 2,95 euro fee on top of my 500 euro withdrawal. Congrats Cashzone, you managed to trick me and take 56 euro of my hard earned personal money.

Used a Cashzone machine to withdraw £250. It dispensed my receipt but no cash. The money IMMEDIATELY went from my account. I rang them immediately and was told the onus is now entirely mine to get my bank to contact them to start the process of refunding me. This I have done, but it could take up to 17 days! I called Cashzone to suggest it couldn't be beyond the wit of man to have the machine flag up it was empty/had insufficient funds or had a fault. The customer couldn't care less operative spoke over me, blamed my bank and then pretended the line was faulty and she couldn't hear me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Used an ATM in UK for 100.00 plus 1.25 Fee. Calculated transaction in Euros at Eu139.66 which converted to £117.57 which was debited to my account. Contacted my card providor who is taking it up with Mastercard

Appalling service. No warning that machine not dispensing moneys. Customer service said just refund; nil compensation. Dated machine with seriously faded contact details. PLEASE GO AWAY

Useless and expensive. Used Euro debit card to withdraw 250 GBP and they charged €329. My Irish bank should have charged €290 for £250.
Better use a bank machine.

I raised a dispute asking for a refund. ATM cashZone machine didn’tfive me time to pick up mymoney. This happened on 8/8/22 at Co-op Suprmarkt in Tulse Hill.
Reported to CashZone but useless: no contact from them and still no refund.
Reported to Monzo and supposedly the’d be raising a dispute but haven’t heard from them. Almost a month since this happened and haven’t been refunded.
I’m waiting to hear from Monzo and or CashZone!

Cu#@s ATM stole my card ffs, really needed cash at the time. Hope you get bought out and liquidated. Incompetent mugs.

I made a withdrawal of 250 sterling and 335 euros was deducted from my account. If someone mugs you on the street they get arrested! However, these CashZzone machines mug people freely with no regulation. Placed in locations where families are struggling and they steal their cash. Absolutely despicable!

Atm took all my cash i was left with nothing their staff are nasty a nd unhelpfull still waiting for my own cash back after two weeks

I withdrew 50 pounds and they taked 280 pounds from my account under the name of transaction costs. they did not receive notice, warning and confirmation from me in any way. I'm not sure my card number also under safe ..

Fraud. Stay away ATM ing Cashzone. Expensive and fraud. I changed my mind and cancelled a transaction of €100 in a ATM in Fuengirola Spain . Still they charged me €100. I needed to have my bank to send Cashzone a letter so I could get my money back. This is fraud!!!!
