Had to use 1 star to start review, but I wouldn't give any. Used Cashzone Atm, at Chaucer Asda, Parson Cross, Sheffield. Wanted to withdraw £250. The receipt came first, followed by Card and I was left waiting for my money, which never came. Checked my bank app and the money had been taken out of my account. I called Cashzone 08000286923,to be advised to "Open a dispute form", through my bank, which I have done, but it takes 12 days to process. Absolutely incompetent Atm company. Someone needs to investigate this, looking at how many people this has affected. Some people will be left without money, if they had nothing left in their account, as was proved, because a man using the machine next to me also had the same issue, he had tried to withdraw his remaining cash for the May Bank Holiday weekend, and was left empty handed, getting the same message as I did, open a dispute with his bank - in the meantime thanks to CASHZONE Atm, he has been left without money. The company should COMPENSATE. Be wary when using Cashzone ATMs, I will avoid them from now on.

Zero stars. I was scammed out of £230 from an Asda cash zone ATM. It looks like I am not ion my own reading other response's posted here. I requested £230 at atm. Gave me my card back then said unable to dispense cash there is a dispensing problem you have not been charged for this transaction.
I checked my bank account, I had £230 taken from my account. No option then to call my own bank to explain and raise a dispute.That was 1/2 hour and phone to my own bank. The dispute was raised I received a dispute number.I was told by my bank I would have to wait 2 days plus for my own money to be returned to me. All I did was go to an ATM for cash now I’m anxious, angry and out of pocket and I’ve got to wait. I feel scammed not charged should mean NOT charged. If you have to go a little further to get cash I suggest you do it. According to Asda this happens ALL the time. Cashzone people do not have the money to pay for your poor technology issues.

How long in this day and age does it take to fix a broken down machine? 17 days so far - last time it was 30 days!! This is a rural community, buses are infrequently and expensive - Cash zone, you really do need to do far better. Just a pity l have to give a single star rating - trustpilot really aught to have a zero star rate for abysmal service.

Wot a joke, changed to not take money out have to call bank to get back money back as they still toke not even a sorry just call bank and they will sort never will I ever pay to get money out again as I pay not too have to mess about when it's your problem not mine.

Used outside co op in East Croydon. Had to enter my pin 4 times as buttons kept taking 3rd digit twice. Requested money. Gave me card back but no cash. Metal over cash slot was slanted so looks as though tampered with. Shop workers said nothing to do with them and to ring Cashzone. Rang Cashzone, not helpful - told me to call my bank. Rang my bank who advised money had not been taken out-of my account. Checked later and still no deduction from my account but still worried. Would never use again!

Used the ATM in the Guildford Co-op near the GLive about 10.10am this morning. Requested £100 ...it said it was processing the transaction..gave me my card back...but failed to give me my money. The Co-op said they couldn't help. I phoned the number on the ATM and got shunted around by robot voices until I was referred to this website.
I'm now waiting anxiously to see if £100 disappears from my account.
This feels like a scam theft to me.
AVOID Cash Zone ATMs !!

Cash zone what a load of crap if I could it would have no stars used it today and it took my card phoned up customer service and after the 6 time of phoning them got to talk to someone who was no help whatsoever she said there was nothing she could do and that my card had probably been shredded and then ask me for my card number and my account number while I was by the machine seeing as the machine had took my card how could I give them her will never ever use I again

I used the atm it didn't give me my £250 but took the money from my bank. The shop weren't interested just told me to contact my bank.
I called cashzone couldn't get to speak to a human just a message to tell me to call my bank, the email said the same.
This is a regular occurrence with this machine outside the co-op
Lessons learnt don't use an atm that isn't owned by a bank.
This company should be put out of business they are scammers and con artists they're a disgrace

As many other reviews, gave me my cash but retained my card. Rung the helpline want nothing to do with it, had to cancel card and request a new one.
Disgraceful behaviour by a bank in this day and age. Don’t use them and force them to act!

Happy to take your money to give you cash! When the poorly maintained machine crashes and steals your card they simply want no involvement or look to compensate in any way, I would advise never to risk these machines and to look the other way if something is happening to them.

I used my card twice, thinking I’d used the wrong number first time, tried to take out £200 both times, it said bank unable to do transaction, I then checked and it had come out of my account! Cashzone useless, no response, my bank followed up and after waiting 3 weeks Cashzone said the machine cash tallied so they wouldn’t reimburse!
Luckily the shop CCTV showed that no cash was given, still waiting for a response. Never use Cashzone.

Withdrew £50 out of the cash machine outside Asda Walton and it never dispensed the cash but took it from my account. Went into the Asda they said it was nothing to do with them. So put a dispute in with my bank.

Requested £30, the ATM said to take my card but never ejected it, then it told me I took too long to take my card and that my card was therefor being “retained” (ie stolen), then you call the company and can’t speak to a human and the automated message says “not our problem, call your bank”. Apparently they’re not authorised to return cards, but they are authorised to steal them. Bunch of criminals, I would be ashamed to work for that company.

Disgusting company. Cash re-entered machine before I took it. And guess what? They don’t automatically refund you. You have to raise a dispute with your bank! 5 days waiting before I could raise a dispute, followed by another 5 days to receive my refund from my bank. Despicable!!!

logged in to my online banking to see my transactions and there was a £250 transaction so called Cash zone to request my money then to be told i would have to dispute it with my bank

So with technology these days surely you would be able to see if the cash flow in the ATM is Up compared to transactions + there is CCTV evidence to see if cash has been dispensed.

Hello, I'm an Erasmus student from Turkey. Last week I visited Ibiza and I decided to use your Atm ( the closest one at ibiza marina)
I used my Turkish bank card which is collaborated with BNP Paribass. I wanted to take some cash but when I see the cash taking fee,
I changed my mind and I cancelled the whole banking thing. But now my bank account shows that YOU CHARGED ME! BUT I DIDN'T TAKE THE MONEY!! I waited there and transaction was cancelled! There were no money! this is a huge problem and I cannot call client service because Im in Turkey now! Also you don't have client service mail adresse! Please contact me soon. Please!

You swallowed my card, issued a receipt to say that my transaction was cancelled and then proceeded to process a withdrawal for £250 from my account - money that you kept!

Absolutely no customer complaints line or ability to report this fraud!

If I could give you zero stars I would. This is tantamount to theft!

Cash Machine: Donnelly’s, Rathkenny (County Antrim).

Do not use any of these cash machines. I asked for £40 but only got £30 and machine seems to have a lip like shelf attached to it, where it makes it impossible to get your money from. I have reported this ATM as fraud and taken a picture of it too, so my bank has evidence.

CashZone ATM are the worst machine ever! DO NOT USE. The ATM failed to give me £200 but it was debited from my account. They sent me on a wild goose chase for my money and took 6 weeks to sort it out. They constantly tell lies and blame your bank for delays when it is them.They are thieves! They had my £200 for 6 weeks. What were they doing with my money for so long? And how many other peoples money do they have for this long? Are they using the money for other things and making customers wait while they make profit. They are some first class Bull***tters. Just don't use their ATMs if you want your money. What makes me sick is how quick the money is debited and then how long they take to give it back. Absolute P*ss takers.

3 weeks since they robbed me and my childrens christmas presents but no money back in my account
