I have problem with contact on live chat. 3 days a cant contact with them always busy. My withdrawal its pending 3 days and i send document but nothing answer.

Can anyone help me I've withdrawn 700 pounds in winnings to the card I deposited with numerous times to which they said was unsuccessful they then said needed bank statement and bank details to which I've sent since doing this there ignoring my emails now and can no longer log into my account

No comment from casilando with regards to my technical issues/glitches please don't be fooled by the emails they bombard you with saying psssst don't tell anyone we've upgraded you're welcome bonus like they were giving something away it wiped the 40 bonus money straight away and the 50 free spins play n go it wiped the couple of pound I got from that as well if my bank would refund my losses because of the SCAM then I'd feel like I had WON !!! please don't be fooled they literally steal you're money 1 deposit of £50 ) lasted me approx 10 mins on a 50p bet keeping me playing giving me a couple of fiver wins but wiping it straight back encouraging me to chase my losses disgusting parasites all anyone wants to do is at least have a fair play couldn't even provide that !!!

How come this casino is still operative when nobody gets their winnings? You wont get them. This is the worst, most shady place of them all. The big scam! I have tried to withdraw 13K for 3 weeks now. Nothing's happened. BE AWARE!

Should of read reviews in advance. Made my first withdrawal and it was declined, spoke to customer service over a number of days and they blamed it on my bank, spoke to someone again yesterday and was told to email bank statement and it would be re issued within 24 hours. Tried to log in today to chase it up and I'm unable to log in so obviously blocked . Complete scammers . Wasn't even a big withdrawal but they blame it on my payment method, well the payment method I used wasn't an issue when taking my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Terrible site keep away do not put your money into this site you may as well burn it or give it to charity as they will just steal it. I was being watched it was late at night as i could not sleep with an infection I had so I decided to look for a new site I wish j had read these reviews first. Extremely shady website. Every single time your balance is low, there will be CONSTANT near miss scatters, as to make you deposit more. I also deposited a lot of money and did thousands of 20p spins over 4 hours and the most I won back was 40p, scary how this site is clearly scamming and is somehow still open. An absolute shambles! They’re refusing to pay me… I’ve been waiting weeks… says my bank as rejected the payment which is a load of crap. Rang my bank up and they’ve not even tried to send any payment! Now they’re wanting bank statements which I’ve provided 4 times and they keep asking for more. Would be very careful when joining this site, I'm currently still waiting on a withdrawal was told my bank rejected when I've contacted my bank and they told me no payment was ever rejected, now I'm being told to provide bank statements and do the withdrawal via bank transfer which I've provided yet seems like a very long process for someone to even verify the statements , the customer service on this site seems very terrible so if you plan to make a deposit and you end up winning just expect to recieve the winnings in about 5 years time if you're lucky.
