It takes a very long time to withdraw the money, and on the 3rd day, which is supposedly the day we're going to receive it, they cancel the withdrawal and ask us to verify the account, always.
Avoid this site. Casina (Liernin Enterprises LTD) confiscated €880.01 of my legitimate winnings. Their own internal logs show my Bonus Balance was 0.00 at the time of my withdrawal request, proving that all wagering requirements were already finished.
They have completely ignored the official mediator at Casino Guru (Case ID 830437) and let the deadline expire without any response. This is a clear misappropriation of funds. I have already reported them to the Cyprus Data Protection Commissioner and will proceed with a bank chargeback.
