This casino is a scam.
Since July 30, I cannot withdraw $400.
The casino completely ignores my emails and no one has answered in the live chat since August 2. Beware.

On12.07.2023 at 07:20 GMT, I registered at the casino and already at 07:24 I received a no-deposit bonus of $10 from the chat agent. In the following hours, I made this bonus and already had several hundred dollars in my balance. After that, I made the deposit amount several times and at 20:18 I made a request to withdraw $250. At the same time, funds appeared in the account and I continued to play slot machines. An amount of $250 has been debited from my balance, but the withdrawal request has not yet been processed. Over the next few days I contacted chat and emailed gmorgan from casinerx.com to three of their emails asking for information on what was going on with my withdrawal request but I am not the only answered Jul 16, 2023 I received a message from gmorgan from casinerx.com asking for confirmation and documents. I sent a photo of my documents and everything to the same address. After that no response about verification.
Already on 17.07.2023, a new circumstance appeared. I received a message from gmorgan from casinerx.com. He claims that players from Ukraine are not allowed to play CasinerX because their jurisdiction does not extend to players from Ukraine.
But I could not find this important information anywhere. If this is true then why was I able to register an account, claim the bonus, play slots and make a deposit? Why didn't I see a message about this when I signed up?
I checked the General Terms and Conditions and found that Ukraine is not on the list of restricted countries:
"Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any nation-state that prohibits its citizens from participating in gambling (regardless of their current location); France, Hong Kong, Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, Iran, Israel, Italy, North Korea, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Taiwan, United States of America or its territories, United Kingdom; any other territory or jurisdiction that may be notified to you from time to time."
I wrote to them several more times, but to no avail, they are silent and do not respond.
Then I wrote to them to return my $100 that I invested and I don't need all those winnings. nothing
There was a complaint about this on the website casino.guru, but the representatives of this company never responded, although their participation in previous complaints is visible.

So, as you can see, these scammers from this casinerX casino committed a crime - they fraudulently took my money of $100, which they still have not returned and, as far as I understand, never will. In many countries, such actions qualify as fraud and are punishable by criminal law. And although in this case the court did not recognize them as criminals, we understand very well that these guys are fraudsters and criminals.

Given these circumstances, we have sufficient grounds to believe that these individuals will most likely continue their criminal activities. Therefore, other people who do not know anything about these criminals may be affected by their activities.

And the last. Do not play in this casino because it actually operates without a license because the organization and operation of the gambling business is not prohibited by Costa Rican law, but there is no special law that regulates the organization and licensing of online gambling. Therefore, such business is not controlled and regulated at the state level.

Since there is no specific license for online gaming in Costa Rica, operators use a data processing license to operate. And although this license does not directly indicate the right to act as an operator of online games, it is still used as an official permission document. By registering a company in Costa Rica and obtaining a data processing license, the operator can safely operate online and accept bets from players from all over the world, in addition to residents of Costa Rica.
