Is casino500 bad?

I used casino500 for a long time. Overall okay casino, but:
Affiliate system-it is very casual you dont get your affiliate included when they join on your code. (The site will do nothing about that.)
Games- while the RTP doesnt change, the game mechanics are sometimes very wierd and unconsistent from other sites.
Rewards- the claim they have the best rewards in the loading screen. Your rakeback is the smallest i have ever seen. You do get lvlup money which add to the rakeback to higher it up, but it is not as much as bonuses on other sites.
Problems- the games tend to crash upon wins or bonuses if you play on mobile phone.
Overall casino500 is not bad, but they have a lot to fix or change to catch up to the giants
