Been considering a while to use this platform since I have been seeing a lot of commercials. Now I have been using this platform for about a month and I already hate it.

I placed a combo bet and planned to cash out early. For some reason, I received a message saying "denied" and I could not cash out my bet and partial win. And like I thought, I lost that bet, if not for that issue I could have walked away with a partial win.

After that, I tried to send a mail to contact support and I encounter ANOTHER PROBLEM. I filled in every field that required me to fill and something just wouldn't let me send the inquiry. The field that required my description of the problem said "formulate your question in the field" even though it was already filled with everything it asked for???

Next to all that, the app is just a mess. The app won't remember your login credentials so you will have to fill it in every time you shut off the app and several live games, especially roulette, will give you one minute play time and that is if you're lucky. After that my screen flicked non-stop and it inevitably crashes my whole phone. I have considered it being the phones fault but it is one year old with zero damage or falls so I am pretty sure it was not the phone.

To be honest, a lot of space for improvements, but overall i am satisfied with their promotions and effort the give in improvements.
