I requested that my account be closed…
I requested that my account be closed because I no longer had access to the email associated with it. After completing identity verification, my closure request was still not processed.
The casino then issued promotional credits to my account. I used those credits on a game prominently featured on the site and later won approximately $500. When I attempted to withdraw, the withdrawal was denied because the casino claimed the game was not eligible for the promotion.
My concern is that the game was actively presented to players and available to wager on with promotional credits, yet winnings were later denied based on restrictions that were not clearly disclosed at the point of play.
I encourage anyone considering this casino to carefully review promotional terms and keep screenshots of all offers, games played, and communications with support.

They cheat. Casino extreme will do everything in their power not to pay you. Especially if you use their free spins or chips. Case in point. I just received 50 free spins and won almost $50. The play through for that amount was almost $1600 which is nearly impossible but I did it. A screen popped up once I reached the play through amount and took away all winnings except for the max cash out of $50. I exited the game and on the next screen my balance was mysteriously $41 as if I kept playing. I notified customer service, explained my situation, and they were of no help. I tried to cash out the $41 but it said there was a $50 minimum. Of course there is.... lol. I then played a few hands of blackjack to get to the $50 which I did. I proceeded to cash out and 5 minutes later I was denied. Not only did they deny me they took the entire balance. Didn't even give the $41 back. I was told I played a restricted game and I had to forfeit everything. Now keep in mind if you try to play any restricted game off the bat, their system will not let you play it. It should have done so when I tried to play blackjack. I'm pretty sure it let me play because I reached to play through balance of the original $50 I had won from the free spins. I explained everything to the Pitt Boss but he was no help either. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CASINO EXTREME OR ANY OTHER OF THEIR SISTER SITES!!! You might get cheated like I did. I definitely won't be playing there again.

Crashes when you start to win.
Won a few bucks on some free spins, turned those into a few more bucks, than almost ran out, then started hitting really good luck and changing machines occasionally when it felt time.
