fake reviews and affiliated with scam casinos

I’m updating this review from when I previously gave it one star due to the fact I didn’t think they were doing anything about the complaint I opened. I also thought at first they were siding with the casino. It took a couple weeks and I thought they wouldn’t do anything but after those long two weeks I was able to finally get my winnings from Duckyluck casino through a complaint I opened with Casino Guru. I was skeptical about Casino Guru due to other reviews about them but they proved to get the job done!

The are paid scamers do i have to say more.

At first i thought this to be an unbiased site and maybe in the reviews section it is because they let most of them through but they complaints section is a joke. It should be closed as they don't offer much of help nor do their research they just ask questions to they live chat like the casino whould accept the charges. Then they treat you like you are a noob or blind or stupid who doesnt read terms and just deposit to every casino with an offer. Like they are the lawyers of the casino in a way. Dont trust them dont waste your time there read only the reviews and the unresolved archived complaints

Don't expect to use their complaints service and win.

Unfortunately these are affiliates posing as mediators.

Having scanned no short of 60 complaints before submitting one all you find is siding with casino, having no understanding of EU law or GDPR pertaining to what is and isnt okay to ask for during veriircation, also very rude and petulant responses by staff to players.

The complaints they claim to have resolved seem to mostly be the player and casino settling independent of casino guru?

One positive is some of their offers are better then standard ones. HOWEVER they list AWFUL blacklisted casinos. They have a big PLAY NOW button next to them but give them bad reviews? They are fully aware addicts will just sign up and play anyway.

So far I have no positive comments.

They seem to be affiliates and casino apologists as others have stated.

Two completely valid issues I am having with casinos from their site (used their links) they just seem to have no desire to help. Everything seems to be geared towards telling me i have done things wrong or catching me and even implying I don't live where i state!

I'm just appalled thus far. Have had to hand complaints over to a family member due to stress. They have however found the time to email more sign up offers.....

Will update this if my complaints are ever resolved or sent to the casinos. I don't hold my breath.

I dont know if my conversation with CasinoGuru staff is visible for everybody on the Dispute page, but I really do hope so, just read the last message from the staff and how miserable they are. The message is what the casino told him to answer, it s just disgusting. Avoid those , dont waste your time

finde das sehr traurig das auf der Seite,casinos nicht fair bewertet werden.Und versucht die Casino Polizei zu sein .Es sollten viel mehr Casinos sich da gegen an gehen
find it very sad that on the site, casinos are not fairly valued, and tries to be the casino police, there should be a lot more casinos going against it.
