This place is a absolute rip off don’t Easter your money here

Beware!

I hit a bonus on an $8 spin (rarely hit bonuses). But I got awarded $400 mid bonus. Suddenly the game just rebooted. Normally when this happens, as soon as I reenter the game, it picks up where it reset. But not Casino Kai. I lost everything. I messaged customer service to let them know about it, and they have ignored my emails.

Just beware of sketchy sites like this. We all love to hit a jackpot, but when sites like this purposefully rig their games, stay away.

Bought coins didn't get the package bonus. Came here and see multiple reviews that are word for word the exact same. Sketchy sketchy

I just joined today of course playing in gold coins first to feel the games out i then purchased 2 coin packages to play the same games by playson one of my favorite providers and the one thing I do notice is GC play is much different RNG than SC play bonus rounds are 10 to 1 in gc versus sweeps which I frown upon considering theyre supposed to be the same volatility I will update more as ill try this out once maybe twice more I honestly dont expect to get rich playing these but expect more than 15 min of play time with 40sc and only one bonus round I will try this out a couple more times other than that ill stick to pulsz casino

Negative stars is not an option so I will select the 1 star I guess. They have non-existent customer service, their close your account button doesn't work and you can log right back in after "permanently" closing your account. This site is a joke. Don't play here please. All games are reduced RTP, they are clearly set-up to take advantage of problem gamblers with their lack of customer support and no way to close the account. Can I give negative 5 stars?

Horrendous. Sketchy games, weak bonuses.

They actually a 5 reel slots where hitting 4 in a row wins you half of what you bet lol. Horrible.

Deal advertised as 100% match. Bought 1k expecting 2k but only received 10% bonus. I redeemed what I had. Put a support ticket in and it was never responded too. Then I texted their support number but was ghosted. They at least let me cash out my money.
