Still have not payed out in 3 weeks them pretend they have sent emails and asked for I'd 3 times now I've send my email and in site and they pretend they know nothing it's a complete scam stay away

Good site it doses take time to get your money but if you’re willing to play your winnings and not wait to 3 days lots and lots different games and runs very good 😊

First off I just want to say this is a real casino. They do pay out. It takes about 4 working days but I have always got the money they have been due me.

I got an e-mail offering me a 125% bonus last night. When I woke up this morning (less than 12 hours later) I clicked the link to take me to the bonus and it wasn't showing on my account so that I could opt in. So as you frequently need to do on this site I contacted customer services and got talking to an Agent named Sky. I explained to her that I had an offer e-mail and gave her screenshots showing my e-mail address , the time and date it was sent as well as the offer itself. She then told me to please wait as she checks with the relevant department. (again something that happens when you contact customer services almost every time.) I wait what must have been 10 minutes then she comes back to tell me the offer is not valid and that I should take there 50% offer that is available. I asked Sky why the offer wasn't available as it had been less than 12 hours since the casino sent it. She went away to speak to the department again (only 5 minutes this time) and came back saying the offer still isn't available with no reasons as to why. She then said she checked my account and that the offer wasn't on it.......... No way Sky! ........ Get out of town! Why do you think I've been sitting in this chat for 15 minutes? Why do you think I sent you screenshots of the e-mail? It was an absolute joke. I feel that bonus was just to get me to log in and then point me in the direction of the 50% offer. It didn't feel fair and all round it is a bit shady.

So in summary :

They send e-mails for bonuses they wont give you.

You are never out of customer services trying to get help with something and that always takes ages and goes unresolved frequently regardless.

They do pay out wins and always have.

Part of a big spam group that also doesn’t pay out… the only rating other than a 1 on here is clearly a fake review from an American account claiming to use euros lol.

i been on this site for 4 months plus money in a lot money out zero don't get me Ronge i won but it takes that long to get out you play it again and defiantly don't win (my fault) .not writing review for this reason i am writing because i have asked for account to be closed a number of times and they review this request and don't close.

Messaged th they asked for transaction code I gave it to them and the told me that’s not a valid code even tho I got it right then they said that my email address is not on registered to the account. And THEN they wiped my website dash clean so my withdrawal disappeared as well as my transactions I emailed then they never got back to me

First i was sceptical because of the bad reviews i made 320 with just 10 euro but they did as promised and paid me within 3 business days so thats why i give 5 stars

Do not sign up to this site, they won’t leave you alone. I didn’t deposit anything due to reading reviews after signing up but they clearly are scammy with the way they operate.

This company is using my number and sending me junk messages constantly. It’s that bad it could be classed as harassment. I am going to sue them if it continues as they don’t have my consent for my data.

I was kicked out a game on a guaranteed win. Was told to provide all information for an investigation to be told winnings were credited but when I disputed this and asked to see game history record of my winnings I was blanked and surprise surprise, I can't access gaming history any longer! Gave up and closed account! Give this site a very wide berth.
