I came of this site at the end of March. This had absolutely nothing to do with the site itself i always enjoyed it. I was taking control and being responsible because summer was approaching and saving for an holiday . Plus home adjustments. New boiler . Radiators and guttering. My exclusion period is over and i can't get on my account. What is the point of taking care of your customers when they are doing the right thing and don't let them back on their account?

Still waiting for withdrawal. I won £92 last Thursday I was told 1-3 working days. Nothing, I was then told 3-5 working days. Rip of merchants possibly ID scammers. First withdrawal of £250 went fine. Second of £2300 they start asking for verification. Bank statements, PayPal account and debit card. Provided 6 IDs in total all accepted now asking for proof of income (not sure why that affects a withdrawal)
