Site is terrible. If you receive a match bonus deposit, you have to play 5000x to even be able to cash out. When you do cash out it can take anywhere from 10 days to a month then what they say there estimate times are. They have a set limit to cash out that is roughly 400 to 750 and they tell you its determined on how much you play for how much you cash out and it resets when you dont play for a little while. So you start all over again. Absolutely terrible.

Very disappointing experience. I submitted a withdrawal request on September 21st and waited for three weeks, even though the company states that withdrawals are processed within three days. In the end, my request was cancelled due to a system error — not my fault — and I had to submit a new one. The overall support experience was awful, offering no real help or accountability. The lack of reliability and professionalism in handling a simple withdrawal process is unacceptable, especially when other companies complete such transactions within minutes.

The worst. Don’t enter. You will lose all your money and if you want to block the account they will not do it. They will not protect you.

Hello,I have a bad experience it happen this 09/25/25,I win 3 transaction of lightning game bonus 450e,750e and 1050e a total of 2,250e,they did not put in my account,i complain with them and wait there answer I need a solution it’s not a small money,i hope they will solve there issue,I don’t think it’s a system problem its look intentional,you need to be careful with this site.

I wonder how these casinos are still operating? Where do complain about them to bring them down? My account was closed. They asked for my documents to verify KYC so they could withdraw my funds manually. They all are fraudsters and doing operations without licence and if you win by mistake they will not give your withdrawal and customer support is helpless they close your chat without informing you, they are scammers

I'm using it from february and everything was going good but when I won 3 thousands and raised withdrawal request. They have cancelled my withdrawal request and said that you requested us to cancel. However when I tried to reach them in live chat support they blocked my account and now I'm unable to login

I had deposited 1820 on 15.12.2023 but I am regularly playing on casinoly and I also loss and win money but when i tried to login yesterday. My account is disabled even after discussing with the customer support they said that your account has been closed by administrator and also they are not revealing the reason neither ready to enable my account. Please activate it immediately as I also heard about casinoly that it is a non licensed casino site so I will suggest my friend to playing on this platform and reveal/expose your real scam face to the public as well.
