They scammed me out of my money. Tried saying to me that they deposited 1200 in my account and still no money. Now I can't seem to reach anyone

Patgeutic,I got switched on my bet when spinning,I was at ten dollars ,I was still spinning but at 2 spins my money was gone,I did not make no switch I had it at 20 cents a spin.i was very disappointed this socks if I don't receive it back I'm unstalling this app today.It sucks!

Not a good options for social gaming app. They let you win a little bit so you can cashout something but it is never more than you've deposited. They say when you reach a certain level you get live customer service, that is the farthest from the truth, I was at the top level and never got live customer service, in fact their robot customer service doesn't even respond correctly to issues. I'd steer clear of Casinomania. Zula Casino is the best one I've found so far.

I am not sure where these others are playing or is its different for everyone. I am happy with the fast payouts to paypal. Payouts may be low, but so far this has been an honest experience and I have never seen an ad! I wish I knew v of more like it.

This game sucks. It states on the ad that you can get your money at any time right away no problem. But then when you go to redeem your money it tells you that you have to spend x amount of more times. You do that and try to redeem again and it tells you that you have to do something else. Then when you go to try and redeem it after you do that it tells you you have to spend $24. The $24 is not out of your winnings it's out of your pocket to buy stuff on their website. Biggest ripoff in the world. So if you make 25 bucks you have to spend $24 to get it so you're really only making $1

This is my experience with casinomania. I really liked this game the daily bonus was great it gave me was a really good incentive to deposit my own money cash out was quick. Until the last week when they changed my daily bonuses. Theywent going up . 50.a day to where you got 3.50 on the seventh day. To where now I only get .30 cents a day and a dollar on the 7th day. I used cto get 10 dollars after logging in daily for thirty days and now I only get a dollar, Big difference, so tried in-game chat what used to work great kto find out why my bonuses changed when I know that it wasn't changed on everyones because I have friends that play and there's didn't change only I have gotten no explanation or even a response from them. Customer service was great at first;but now I beginning to think that there really isn't a customer service anymore, I also got a friend who has -won on his game and the told him he couldn't cash out until he reach 50.So he played until he got to 69 went to cash out then they told him had to deposit24.99 to be able to withdrawal his 69 dollars so he did first he deposited 5 because that was all he had then it said he had to deposit19,49 So I did what any good friend would do I loaned him the 20 to deposit thinking I would soon be getting it back, Only after he deposited it said he still needed to deposit 24.99 like he never made a deposit. Which I know for certain he did. I was there watching him. Tried chatting with them which got no response he emailed them. They responded to the email wanting n`him to give them the order I'd from the deposit on a form they sent him after filling out all boxes on the form he needed vto add an attachment of the receipts from 5he deposits on it wouldn't add the attachment that part of the form doesn't work. Won't ever let anyone get the minimum amount to cash out or redeem. Keeps adding wager for every win you get! It is a scam fs!🙄
