When i lost money there was no issues. But after back to back few win they created issues. Made a withdraw 25,000/ Bdt still in process from last 3 days. In live chat they always given fixed answer like a template. They just telling bookmakers are checking my all bet so they hold my full fund almost 85,000/ bdt. And they also informed me it will take long time for this process( they can't told me any time frame) it's totally scammer site. User : abadot92

I made a withdrawal of Rs15,000 from MCW Casino via JazzCash. The transaction (ID: W878295509) is showing as "Success", but I have not received the money in my JazzCash account.

I tried contacting your live chat support multiple times, but they are completely ignoring me and not taking the issue seriously. This is extremely unprofessional and feels like fraud.

I have attached the screenshot as proof, and I am warning other users to be very cautious before trusting this platform. If my issue is not resolved soon, I will continue to post this complaint on other public forums and report this platform for scam behavior.

I made a cash-out transaction of ৳6,000 on 24/03/25 using bKash (Transaction ID: CC03T7QV05). The money was deducted from my account, but MCW never deposited it. Their support team is useless, only sending auto-replies instead of actually helping.

I have proof of my transaction, yet they continue to ignore me. This is fraud! I demand my money back immediately. If this issue is not resolved, I will take further action.

i lost big fund with this company. after i made profit they blocked my account. user name: sarminfeni. they gave an answer all time reset your password. but when i try to reset my password not any reset or temporary password form casinomcw.com. after i send 100+ email them & live chat 2/3 hours waiting after closed chat option by casinomcw.com operator without any answer last 15 dasy i m try but they are scam with me.

27th August on 6.55 P.M. Im try to deposit 5,000 BDT (Taka) on my CasinoMCW account. There agent number is :- 01322-426004 (Nogod wallet number). But still now i don't have deposit on my account.
