After a few months break I want to…

After a few months break I want to reactivate my suspended accounts. I did so as I won big and wanted to save for my holiday. Now the holiday is done reactivating is very difficult. You can only email them. So I ask live chat for email address, they want security questions before revealing address? Not sure what the secret is?
I email them but no reply. So I ask live chat again to reactivate my account, can't help. Ask to ring them but they say no phone numbers.

So I've got money to spend but 24 hour casino has no one replying to emails apart from their business hours. Which business hours would that be, which country, no one knows?
But wait there is more...
If you deposit to an account from a debit visa card (they take your money fast) some of their casinos can't pay back to that card. Asking for help us impossible, you get the major run around. However, you can withdraw those funds by depositing min $10 from actual visa credit card then withdraw to that card. Not an easy process but can be done. They WON'T tell you cause live chat sucks even after asking them directly!!!

My answer, slash live chat...put real people on end of a phone line and the world will work again!!!

What will it take to have agco, or the government's of UK, or Canada to look into what is going on?

Clearly I am not the only individual having issues with this chain of casinos.

Thee amount of people with Clearly the same issues, this just CAN'T be ignored anymore.

I can't believe that a business that is unfair, can still operate freely. HOW?

It just seems that corruption is taking place. Not just by the casino, but also within the agco and the government of 2 countries.

What is it gonna take to finally get some investigation into the things that are CLEARLY being done to the casino player's?

I have the last two years of my bank records showing the amounts deposited, and taken. I am filling for a dispute of all this money, to be returned to me. I have closed every single account with this unfair, game controlling casino!

Grrrr I am absolutely livid

I am absolutely livid. I was at about a 70 day streak in the past and was put on a 24hr lockout due to something they interpreted incorrectly and Initially I contacted an agent to explain that my streak popped up with make a deposit to continue, I did so but it still said make a deposit to continue. Then when I chatted to the agent I explained that I usually play on my pay night which wasn't until the following day and that I borrowed 20 to make a deposit in order to not lose my streak. The casino banned me for putting gambling before being able to provide necessities of life. Like hello I budget each week, I always get my necessities, pay what's needed to live, save and have money aside for entertainment. I was sent an email as I complained and was told my streak would continue. But then I was blocked for 24hrs making me lose that streak. I emailed and complained many times following but noone cared or fixed anything.

I let it go.

But I'm now again on an 88 day streak and was asked to deposit to continue streak and to recieve rewards. So I deposited. I recieved one rewards then claimed my prize and activated my gold streak that I earnt by completing an 8 day streak. It activated said congratulations you've unlocked your gold surge enjoy 24 hrs of upgraded prizes. But I can't access any rewards it now says to.deposit again to continue streak. I earned the gold streak and was awarded it like a prize activated it and then it was basically revoked. I shouldn't have to deposit again because I already did that and nothing came of it I lost out more and if I was rewarded a Gold streak and it shows it unlocked then it should be unlocked and I should be able to claim my gold rewards which would obviously keep my streak going because I'm claiming rewards.

I've spoke to about 10 plus agents who dance around the question and then was told some bullcrap that was not in there terms and conditions.

Not happy. My partner spends ALOT in this casino as well we will take our money elsewhere.

Made me a home owner

I love this group of casinos and for the most part is been a very positive experience. I was playing Hyper Gold All In in June and won enough that my husband and I can finally buy a house in Canada. We are both in our 50s and it was impossible to save a down payment with the cost of living here so, I will be eternally grateful because we love our new house and were miserable in our rental with terrible neighbours downstairs who are constantly loud
They have a great variety of games, but I have noticed since I won the big amount, I haven’t been winning pretty much any time I put money in. But I can’t really complain about that. I just have to wonder if they fix it after you win. Also, I’m not happy at all because they have frozen my loyalty points and I can’t play with them. I asked about this and they couldn’t really give me a straight answer. It feels like I’m being punished for winning, which isn’t cool. I will continue to play but with the win ratio being so crappy, it won’t be nearly as often. But I will say that this Casino offered us the chance to be homeowners so I’ll be eternally grateful.
I do have to take away a star for the freezing of the loyalty points, even after I’ve deposited several times, with no reason and the win ratio going way down compared to what it used to be. That tells me that this has to be fixed.

*Update.. Yes, they did send me an obscure email with a list of possible reasons why I can't access the VIP points I earned. I have continued to play after my win, so it's not that I won and stopped playing. So, in my opinion, giving a list of several possible reasons why you can't use your points is NOT giving a clear answer. I don't like that. They also were sure to tell me they can't give me any clear timeline of when I can use the points. I mean don't get me wrong, I'm thankful I won, but I very much dislike feeling like I'm being punished for winning. And calling it a 'suspension' of points sounds exactly like that. I did nothing wrong and they can't say exactly why they did it and even urged me to 'keep playing' and at some point they don't even know in the future I could be able to access them again. I have always liked this casino group, but IMO that is sketchy. But hey, keep your few reward points captive. It equals less than my usual deposit anyway. And I'm not going to keep playing and losing to access a few points. Don't do that to your regular players. It makes the whole thing feel rigged and I really hope it isn't. Be transparent and clear.

All of us player's..are fighting a losing battle.

There's just no way to have any fair chances while the games are being controlled. That's just the bottom. Line.

The more I complain to the casino about the fairness and ethics regarding their games, the worse it keeps getting for myself. It seems they find it quite amusing how upset I keep getting, deposit after deposit.

I can't believe or understand for the life of me, why they insist to continually do this to me? I have been BEYOND a loyal customer for many years. I did wish to stay a loyal customer for many years to come, but it's just clear what their true and unethical intentions are.

It's just a big, uncontrollable losing battle to achieve any fair play what so ever, unless the gaming commission board steps up and does their jobs to the fullest of the law.

It's not just unethical what these guys are doing, it's plain wrong!

Honestly! I have defaulted a lot of my time and energy, to research casino rewards online. The efforts I have put in just to find even one good thing about this casino is phenomenal. Everything that I see on every single website, every single person all making the same claims.
I honestly do not blame people for stating what has been done to them. I myself am going through such turmoil, feeling that every single day of the week when I log in I am being cheated.
I have played all of their casinos for many, many , many years! I never used to have any problems with this casino whatsoever. I do not get how such claims can be made by casino rewards, always claiming the same exact thing ' we have been in business for 20 years and we do not manipulate games. '
Well I find it quite intriguing, The very moment Ontario gaming commission board decided to start changing rules and regulations, is the very day I started having nothing but problems with this casino. Changes are made to all of my favorite games that I play, and that includes all brand new games that I've never played before in my life. The only way to win anything on any of these games, is either hitting on a bonus round, or triggering free spins. That is the only chance you have of winning anything.
I find it extremely odd that the moment the gaming commission board stepped in, I've had nothing but problems on every single game I play. All the scatter symbols in the games, they've all been removed. I spent $100 everyday in deposit. 30 minutes or less the money is gone. Even if I play in denominations of $0.20, 30 minutes the money is gone. And this goes on every single day of the week for the last 2 years straight.
I really don't understand the intentions of the casino, and I really don't understand why after so many accusations and claims being made, did nobody is investigating this whatsoever. I do know that coincidences are possible. One two three times in a row sure. Hundreds and hundreds of times in a row is no coincidence. To have every single game that I always play years on end, all of a sudden be missing all the winning symbols you need. I find that quite odd. It only seems that casino rewards games are only random and it benefits them only.
I recommend to any players that may be experiencing the same outcomes as I am, to do a thorough research and start asking the same questions that I have. Everything that is taking place is just beyond wrong!

Disappointing Customer Service and Response Times

Casino Reward's customer service has been nothing but a complete letdown...
Response times are painfully slow, and when they finally do reply, it's very clear they haven’t fully understood or taken the time to read the issue properly.
This leaves members, such as myself, feeling ignored and ultimately undervalued.
It’s disappointing and beyond frustrating that a casino, that relies on it's loyal customers, fails to provide the same loyalty in return.

GOLD DIGGERS

Ive spent almost 10k so far only ever withdrew 1.3k in the beginning but since then its been trash.
After what ive spent its recently telling me to deposit more money in order to play rewards to riches ive done probably 50 a day so far max has been 300 and it still practically keeps insisting i deposit ti receive so called big wins around the corner. Good games but even they are rigged. I also questioned the third party audit on fair play but there isnt any information. BE AWARE BEFORE YOU PLAY

Subject: Frustrating Experience with one of Sister Casino Companies

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your sister casino companies, particularly at Quatro.

I wish I had taken the time to check reviews before investing thousands into these platforms. Initially, I was enjoying my time and planned to keep playing indefinitely. However, my experience took a downturn when I was suspended for merely inquiring about the bonuses and how they work at Quatro. I was curious about why the bonus amount seemed to increase rather than decrease after playing for hours on the same small bonus.

At the time, I was on a gold surge and was looking forward to a day filled with great rewards. Unfortunately, I ended up losing hours of rewards that I was supposed to receive and lost my streak of continuous days. It felt like a slap in the face.

After the suspension, I returned to finish playing off the bonus and managed to put some into withdrawal. However, in an attempt to regain my winning streak, I ended up losing it all. It was disheartening to be suspended for something so petty and not even receive an apology for the ignorance displayed by Quatro.

I hope you can address these issues and prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. Thank you for taking the time to read my concerns.

Only got the big gamblers

I play so many years and I think this casino is good for big gamblers. I never ever have had some bigger bonus than mini. Always mini bonuses. And if you have a cash out you have to wait almost a week. I have closed my account today.

I " strongly" recommend not EVER…

I " strongly" recommend not EVER opening an account with these crooks, if you haven't already.
I wish the gaming commission or government, would do some sort of investigation. CAPTAIN COOK'S is the worst one out of their casino's. Constantly once you finally cash out money 💰 after days of feeling cheated.. it's a big hassle. And when I eventually cash out anything, I'm not even cashing out their money. I'm cashing back out ONLY what I initially deposited.
This clam of 48 hold before processing is so false. 60-70-80 hours go by, my money still sitting in reversal state. The biggest reason for this? Well, because they know with me..the longer they leave in in the reversal, the more chance I'm gonna reverse it to play.
This is NOT right.
They are so quick to except your deposits..but when it comes to paying, nothing but games. Your free to deposit anything you wish..and I have deposited thousands without ever ONCE being asked to provide proof of Any sort. But, once it's time to cash out.. now you have to send copies of utilities, bank statements, government i.d.
They used to be an ok casino years ago, but have went corrupt in my opinion. Strongly not recommended for new players as long as they are doing such things.

With so much publication on how great the winnings are at some sister casinos zodiac ' capital, luxury ect. Over the years of playing the games an the amount I've deported this far is depressing to know that with the year of gambling at casino rewards you would think that a simple 500 withdraw shouldn't be a big deal. Now I being told I cheated

Now I being told I cheated? Wait, What? 🤔
I have had problems with casino rewards for years, but I never bothered posting a review. But now apparently because I cashed out exact amount of what originally deposited, now I cheated?
Help me understand how a player can cheat? There's absolutely no way what so ever, that any player can cheat.
All a player van do is push the spin button on the slot reels and wait to see if he/she wins, or loses. The player does not even have the ability to even stop the reels anymore. I have asked them repeatedly, how in the gods green earth did I cheat? They refuse to tell me anything!
The only people that can cheat or control the games, is 'casino rewards'
Every time I turn around, the casino is pulling something out of their bag of tricks. I won my hundred dollars fair and square. Why are you guys pulling these sorts of tricks? There's no way for any player to cheat, that's just a fact!

Reward Riches was on a 16 plus day winning streak Deposited $50 without checking the prize box played many games then at my usual time 5:45pm(PST) maybe around 6 pm this time Prizer says deposit to keep winning streak alive it didn't even reconize the $50 Deposit? So like a dumbass I deposited another $10 got rewarded a prize then instead of going back to my winning streak system tells me to keep playing more games 24 hours pass still hasn't returned to my winning streak then at 5:45pm(PST) Prizer wants another deposit to keep winning streak alive so again like a ******* I deposit another $10 now they have $70 of my money one would think you get your winning streak back, but no. 24 hours after the first 24 hours I lose my winning streak, what makes this so hard is CRsupport this is there quote (A silver lining is, your Level will update once a day!) it didn't update for 48 hours didn't reconize the $70 dollars worth of deposits. Don't trust Casino Rewards

About 3yrs ago I had accumulated over $65 in VIP points and attempted to cash them in. It was at this point that my account was frozen and I was told I was on suspension but regardless of the multiple emails I sent they have never told me why. They kept telling me to continue playing and the suspension would be lifted and my points would still be available. Well, I'm still under suspension and they have confiscated my VIP point totalling over $65. They refuse to help me determine what I did wrong, nothing in my opinion. They refuse to explain to me why they have now taken away the $65+ I earned by depositing even though every communication with them stated my points would remain until this suspension was lifted. I am fed up with their shenanigans. I feel conned and think Casino Rrewards are scammers.

hacked my account
