I feel like there is something wrong…

I feel like there is something wrong with that lucky rewards thing on casino rewards I been watching it super close lately to see if it's legit and I feel like it's not... Eg. I was on tonight and it said this number was the winner then I check back just after it changed to the next winner and it says somebody already claimed this better luck next time and I'm like so I had 5 mins to claim my prize!! Or if it was someone else's I could claim why did it say someone's account number already won the one before that seems really shady I've asked about it and I keep getting the same crap... ( Ohh it's a roll over and someone claimed it after the 8 hrs of someone not claiming it which is ridiculous cause it stated that someone won it already.) Very strange to me I catch atterns so when this comes up multiple times like this yeah I'd say it's rigged or just not real... on top of that the Thunderball lottery ohh I won't 1 dollar people after a year of playing it bs....

So why does it said it was already claimed by another player better luck next time if no one can claim yours or u can't claim another person's? Are their people with the same numbers cuz it only says it sometimes not everytime so why does it even say that if there was no chance of you even claiming that/???

What has happened to the casino rewards…

What has happened to the casino rewards points?? Each month I used to get them & turn them into spins. Even over Christmas there was nothing, birthdays nothing etc. I did win big on here once and everything was ok, paid out in record time. But the casino no longer has that good feel to it. I have now set myself a quitting date. Was fun over the years. And so I contacted you as I was invited to, by you. And no response but not to worry. I’m off.Thank you I tried on live chat & spoke with Rory who informed me. What is on offer is on the promotion page. Which is one promo. Which is of no use since you restricted my deposits. I got a temporarily suspended on my rewards point have 100.00 euro . when i try to redeem my rewards i get this message . Not taking care of business

Initially when I came across Casino Rewards it was OK. I went through the verification process and was definitely not enthralled to say the least. Some of its dialog came across as threatening. You make a deposit and you seldom get your bonus. If you make another deposit you need to write down the game you are playing. It can be quite some time, sometimes hours or the next day before you find out where your money went. If it does accept your deposit it doesnt return you to the game you were playing. When playing slots you can spend 100+ and not even be teased with the games bonus hits. You will sit and watch as every penny is sucked out of you causing you to feel cheated and depressed. No dampener as it drains you dry and asks for more money.
When you use multiple Casino Reward sites you will have many usernames and accounts. Going back to one of the Casino's you may have preferred is often difficult as you may have multiple accounts on the same site.
When I would make a deposit it was coin toss as to what company may be dealing with my bank. I found a web app hiding behind my interact with five check boxes of which Share was checked. Cloudflair popup telling me my DNS was being circumvented and redirected. My Security software started beeping and flashing with a Critical warning telling me my banking information had been compromised.
When a site tells you they have a high payback rate, check and see if there is a hidden clause indicating its calculated over multiple years.
I rarely received my bonus's so I didnt have a playthrough to have to deal with.
I unsubscribed a couple weeks ago and am still receiving emails.
I found a site that is seamless, fun, no hassle, no play through and a five minute checkout without having to send your last years tax form and wait over the weekend to receive your withdrawal.
Casino Rewards has a good thing going, if they can find their way back to actualizing they have customers. If entertainment is their business then treat their customers paying them money with at least a basic amount of enjoyment. We all know what it feels like to be taken for granted and have someone beg for our money as gamblers but we dont expect to be quickly left depressed and saddened.
On the positive side they let you demo their games.

I can also share the detail of when trying to withdraw 400 dollars shortly after withdrawing 1000 successfully I was met with a notice that I wasnt authenticated. In order to receive the withdrawal I was to provide a copy of my bank account activity statement. HAHAHA. I marked it up as denial to allow me to withdraw the money.

1 star is being generous.
They falsey advertise promotions then fail to rectify the issues.
In my personal experience with live chat, all 5 operators (maybe bots and yes I tried 5 seperate times for this 1 issue) ended our live chat the moment I said I did not receive my deposit free spins bonus as advertised in an email I recieved when I signed up.
To this day I still have no resolution to that issue and I doubt I ever will.
It's obvious ...this company is all about the money and not about the experience.

The email I recieved from them welcomed me and offered me 40 free spins for $1 ... I claimed that offer via the email and deposited the required amount but never got the spins bonus.
When I reached out via live chat ..5 operators (yes 5 attempts) ended the chat conversation soon as I mentioned the reason why I was contacting them.
I looks as if the email was a ploy to farm credit card data which I have previously fallen victim to and fyi ... 5 times your support chat ended connection with me so telling me to contact them to rectify the issue is pointless...your response to this review is as scripted as the live chat chat bot operators)

The whole process has been great

The whole process has been great! I enjoy gambling in the casinos through Casino Rewards only. They give us all the warning signs from those of us who lost control and for those of us that could lose control. If you are considering playing at casino rewards do yourself a favor and stay far away. For one a rating under 2 stars speaks for itself. In my case the games seemed rigged at times. Also when I opted in for the 24 hour deposit limit of 50per 24 hours which they implemented for 2 days then without warning locked me out of my accounts for 6 months. Which I loose all the privileges as a daily player and all comps. That is a gross misus of power and an illegal act by this casino. I hope my story saves you from becoming a victim of this crime like me.

Used to be ok but not anymore.

They say that they are random number generated but I just can't believe it. If you happen to get lucky and win something you can be assured that EVERY SINGLE GAME will be shut off until you lose it all. That's not random. A few members of my family were playing. 2 members win but then quickly got shut down the other couldn't get any bonus for hundreds of spins and then it was tiny. Maybe they should tune back on the AI a bit. I recommend staying away from here unless you just want to donate.
