became a customer on 05.10 and used their welcome bonus on sports. I made a deposit and never received the bonus. contacted customer service where I was told that they will check this continuously and that I should receive an answer within a few hours. in the meantime i have spoken to 4 different agents who say they are on the case and one of them locked me out of the chat. very bad experience and even worse customer service. they say everything they can to keep you as a customer and do not follow through on what they have promised to the customers. Do not recommend anyone to become a customer here.

Not paying the winnings. They've been stalling with withdrawals over 2 months. After telling them that I'll file a complaint if I won't get my money soon they froze my gaming account.

I like the games offered and bonuses also.
Only issue I have is that when requesting a pay out it takes too long. Advised it takes 48 hours but in fact both times I have had payouts recently has taken at least 4 days before money is in my account.
