I just started using Casinozer a week…

I just started using Casinozer a week ago, and it is the best website out there from my experience. Withdrawels are quick and verifying my account was easy as well. The only negative thing is that they already limited my wager amount after a couple of games that i won, which is frustrating because i like to wager big amounts, Which is why i only give them 3 stars.

If they could increase my wager amount as it was from the start then i would give them 5 stars.

Limit winning players

Do not understand the high ratings. They limit winning players and do not let you withdraw money without asking a bunch of documents during the KYC process. Other providers have a much smoother verification process and at least let you win from time to time without imposing such measures on you.

Dear TOMWEBER,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your concerns.

Firstly, we do not apply limits on our players. However, our sports provider might limit some markets or certain bets to secure the market, which is a standard industry practice.

Upon reviewing your account, we noticed that there has been no activity since 2021. This makes it challenging to address your specific issue accurately.

Regarding the KYC process, we strive to make it as straightforward as possible. For the majority of our players who submit the correct documents (ID and Proof of Address), the process takes only about 3 minutes.

We hope this clears up any confusion, and we are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to our support team for additional help.

Best regards,
The Casinozer Team
