Good games pay decent, withdrawal took a bit and had to re-verify when won a large amount. Only downside is can only withdraw certain amount at one time. So if you win big expect to have to withdraw in smaller amounts. Otherwise decent site, easy to navigate

Thank you, H. Great to hear you enjoyed the games and found the site easy to navigate! For larger wins, an extra verification step may be required to keep accounts secure and meet regulatory requirements, which can add a bit of time. Withdrawal limits can vary by payment method, so higher amounts may be processed in parts. If you would like us to check a specific withdrawal, please contact support@casiny.com.

Allinvegas, we are sorry for the delay. For security, withdrawals are processed once account verification is complete as required by KYC regulations. After further review, we can confirm your withdrawal was approved and sent once we received the correct documents. Arrival time varies by bank and payment method. If it has not arrived within 3 to 5 days please contact your payment provider. If you have any questions, please send us a message.
