Ok at first I'd receive promotional offers and they'd work no problem. Then I received an offer and the bonus wasn't credited. I spoke to them and they said it didn't come from them however it came from the same number as the genuine offers I'd received in the past. The email doesn't work and directs you to live chat where you're constantly timed out after 10 minutes. No one can tell me why I've received this 'fake offer' from the same number as the real offers I've used before and just claim it wasn't them with no reasoning as to why. To me it just seems a way to get you to deposit then deny all knowledge and accountability. Scam
