I am content, however what can be improve - poor information flow, I would like to know when my package was processed and shipped. 4 days without status update. I was about to write "what's happening with my order" when I got the info from the deliverer that the delivery would be today.

Bought climbing shoes online
Bought climbing shoes online. They were delivered two days later with a small Christmas present: a chalk ball. Shoes are great, chalk ball is soft. A happy customer.

Personal and fast cross-border service :)
So I finally found a Faza boulder brush and ordered it, but minutes later Casper called me (in the Netherlands) from Luxembourg because the colour I had chosen wasn't available anymore. He could've just mailed, but this was so much nicer -as the still available colour options were equally cool I opted for a different colour and still got to be a happy climber, brushing my holds :).
