A gift that kept on giving

I emailed Caspian Caviar customer service about a caviar gift set for my wife, I wanted to change one item to the more expensive version for an extra £10.

I offered to pay the difference and the Customer service representative (Angus) offered to waive the fee completely. Even after this gesture I cheekily asked to use a 10% discount code and he applied the discount on top of the already discounted price. A total savings of over £25.

Angus made the whole process seamless and made a custom invoice that I could pay over the phone. I got what I wanted for the price I wanted.

I wanted to give my wife a taste of luxury without having the luxury of being wealthy. Angus made this experience all the better with such amazing customer service.

Never in my life have I been treated more as a person and less as a customer. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No delivery of goods!

Ordered caviar and blinis for delivery 30th. Confirmation email sent. However no tracking provided by parcel force and no delivery of goods! I will be asking for a full refund.
I received an email from their so called Director Angus Collingwood Cameron who sent this lame apology:
I am sorry that your order was not delivered as planned today. For some reason it did not go out of the delivery depot this morning. I will do what I can to ensure that it goes out tomorrow.

It is travelling under tracking number xxxxxxx
For some unknown reason, out system occasionally producers two tracking numbers.

Apologies again for the delay.

These goods were for a dinner party so it’s not ok and I do not accept this Directors apology!

I would avoid this company at all costs!
