High quality bag but poor buying experience

The bag is high quality but the buying experience was not great. I was able to place an order with shipping to the USA only to be told later that they no longer sell outside of Europe and I had to find a way to ship the bag to within Europe and then find a way to ship it to the USA. I checked a few days later and their website was still accepting orders for outside of Europe.
