Castens helped create my wedding/engagement ring
Castens helped create my engagement/wedding ring as well as polish up a family heirloom to be used for my husband's wedding ring.
Not only is the end result beautiful beyond my wildest imagination (and I spent a good 4 months agonizing over ring designs, and I do mean agony); the entire process was both delightful, thorough and easy. Despite having to conduct everything over the internet.
Karin was patient and perfect, despite having to deal with a waffling, insecure customer who kept changing her mind, and the design we settled on is truly spectacular.
I am proud to be able to wear my ring each day (and another ring, and a pair of hibiscus earrings) and look forward to years of continued jewelry shopping.
In fact, the only thing I'd suggest is an extra payable service, where customers can get an invoice stating the costs that they told their spouses instead of the actual costs :D
