Excellent and efficient service from start to finish

Excellent service from Sarah. She was helpful in sharing her knowledge in relation to a property I’m looking to buy, as well as performing my own EPC review very efficiently. I was WFH and she just cracked on, was done in no time. She even didn’t mind my dogs’ lack of personal space boundaries!!

Had the cert today… 14 month old boiler, heat source pump, solar panels, wall and loft insulation within past 14 months and given a D rating?! Contacted the office told to speak to the assessor direct. Not helpful.
Update returning to discuss and re evaluate. Admitted hadn’t accessed to recently insulated loft or noted the 14 month old heat source pump!!
Called back for reassessment 25/10/25 and today is 30th and no update. Shocking. Requested complaints procedure.

From first contact communications were swift, an appointment made for 3 days hence. The agent, Geraint, came at the appointed time and was very knowledable and efficient. We had our new epc rating 10 days from first contact.
Highly recommended.
