In one word KARLA

In one word KARLA. There were problems with the delivery company ( dpd=useless) , BUT Karla addressed the problems, and kept in touch with me and in the end organised a personal delivery from a Castle Fine Art employee who was amazing. Customer Service as it should be. Outstanding professionalism and knowledgeable team.

We had a good idea of what artwork appealed to us but I decided to touch base with an art consultant. Daniel was fantastic from the outset, very professional and knowledgeable going above and beyond to support finding the best items, even sending us sneaky previews of new releases and facilitating collection from our local gallery. Smooth and professional purchase to Germany

As I had found the artwork I liked, I contacted the salesmanager by E-Mail. She answered quickly and kind and offered me help and answered all my questions. I suggested a differend frame for the artwork I was planning to buy. Castle fine Art made a mock-up so I could see the piece in an differend frame with a differend color.
I also discussed the dates of shipping the artwork to me. I live in Germany and for some weeks I was not at home. The delivery of the artwork took only a few days. By DHL Express. I was able to track the delivery. So I could welcome my new artwork by myself. The artwork was very carefully packed as it is a fragile pice. I reached me good and fine. It looked better as on the Internet. It has a very appropriate frameing.
I am absolutly happy and content with the purchase. It was a very friendly and helpfull E-Mail dialogue and consulting. It was a smooth and professional purchase of art to Germany

Exceptional service

Popped into the Bristol branch 2 weeks ago to have a look at the Boy George collection.
Was met by Jonathan whose customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. He was helpful without being pushy and talked about the pieces with passion and knowledge. We ended up buying 2 pieces in the end but that not it? Jonathan went out of his way to have one of the pieces shipped to the Cardiff store to have it personally signed by Boy George himself and then bring it back to Bristol for us to collect.
Exceptional service.

Castle Fine Art Experience

I have dealt with Castle Fine Art for about 6 years now and I have found them to be very helpful in meeting my expectations when looking to invest in things that my partner and myself like. Pictures and paintings can trigger memories and events in life that no-one else might ever see a connection to but we have been so lucky to make what has been available relevant to moments in our lives. Castle Fine Art Nottingham

Absolutely fantastic service, was a little unsure wether to buy the Boy George picture i wanted but had no pressure at all from Damien who helped us. He was very patient with me!!
Subsequently from buying the picture Damien got in touch and invited me to an exhibition of Georges artwork and got to meet the man himself, i cant thank Damien and the gallery enough.

A Great Experience . Thank you Dulcie

I was lucky enough to have Dulcie as my consultant .

Picture rehung

We purchased a Raphael Mazzucco picture 7 years ago from Castle Fine Art Chester. They originally hung it for us but due to redecoration we had to take it down. Following a phone call to Castle Fine Art we went into the gallery itself to discuss the possibility of the picture being rehung. We met Nicola who was great and sorted everything out for us. The guys arrived this morning and the picture was back in its home in a jiffy. They were mindful of the fact that the hall where the picture was going had just been
decorated and took great care protecting the walls and stairs. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for their help. It was a pleasure meeting them and dealing with them.

Fabulous experience

As a first timer looking to venture into the unknown, and rather daunting world of art, I was so impressed with the way everyone involved in the process guided me from start to finish.
From my initial contact with Ashleigh through to the viewing and very well organised delivery, the process was flawless from start to finish. I can highly recommend Castle Fine Art to anyone considering dipping their toe into this world.

A Wonderful Gallery Experience from Start to Finish!

We’re fairly new customers of Castle Fine Art, but every experience so far has been nothing short of exceptional. Our first visit was to the Bluewater gallery with our lively army of kids in tow, and unlike other galleries where we’ve felt a bit out of place, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. Anna was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. What started as a bit of browsing quickly turned into us falling in love with three beautiful pieces!
Since then, Anna has stayed in touch and even helped us source another artwork, making the whole process effortless and enjoyable. We always opt for delivery, and the communication has been flawless every time. The delivery team are always polite, cheerful, and somehow manage to arrive with a smile even when it’s pouring down (which it usually is on a Saturday morning!).
We honestly couldn’t recommend Castle Fine Art highly enough. Their service, attention to detail, and personal touch have made us loyal fans. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
