Couldn't recommend this company enough! Huge range of products but staff know it all very well so if you tell them what your after they point you in the right direction. Nothing was too much trouble and work very well within the budget you give! They made my dream bathroom come to life and love that they show you realistic mock ups of the space you have. From in store reps to the delivery drivers everyone we dealt with was super friendly!

I had a leak in one of my bathrooms downstairs and my plumber recommended me to Jessica at Neath to take a look at some new products and ideas. On my first and only visit Jessica knew exactly what I wanted and then dealt directly with Tom. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept up to date with the whole process from ordering to installation and I felt I was in the right hands. I am extremely happy with the outcome and have decided to remodel my main bathroom with the same furniture.

I used Castle Bathroom & Tile Centre, Caerphilly for a newly created ensuite. The entire experience was outstanding. Miranda is very friendly and knowledgeable in the showroom. The products were delivered quickly and undamaged, and the materials are of excellent quality. In addition, the staff in the trade section had all the extra plumbing fittings I needed in stock and could not have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently had my shower room refurbished. The design and ordering of furniture was done by Miranda (Castle Bathrooms, Caerphilly) and the installation was done by Stewart Gilbert.

Miranda consulted me about the design - nothing was too much trouble for her and Stewart’s’ installation was faultless - he also explained all possible options to me. He also cleaned up every day, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
The whole process was stress free as Stuart and Miranda worked as a team and I am absolutely delighted with my new shower room.

Miranda has been amazing! Miranda has worked with me to achieve a design I loved within my budget. Stewart Gilbert Completed the renovation and I am thrilled with tge end result. Miranda and Stewart have a great working relationship and worked together during the refurbishment, which I was very happy with as it negated the need for me to be the 'middle man'. Miranda ensured I was happy with everything and regularly checked in with me. Stewart is somewhat of a perfectionist and this shows in the end result. Stewart is professional and ensured and ensures mess and disruption was kept to a minimum. We visited the Bedwas branch of Castle Bathroom & Tile Centre initially just for some ideas and a nosey round, but then we met Miranda! Miranda could just sense we needed some help and guidance and I am so thankful that she took the time to understand what we were looking for, what we needed and our budget. Miranda did some plans for us and on our second visit we went through everything, made our choices with Mirandas help and got it ordered. It was that simple, and no pressure to spend more than we wanted to.
Everything came on time and was well packed and carefully brought in.
Even when I then wanted to add on a few bits the guys on the trade side were really helpful and got the extra bits in quickly and were super nice wether on the phone or in person.
I am so pleased with everything we choose all great quality, easy to install, and looks beautiful. Miranda really helped bring our vision to life and I couldn't recommend her and the guys at Castle enough.

I have just used Castle Bathroom and Tile Centre for the second time. I didn’t consider going anywhere else as my experience the first time was so good. Miranda in the Bedwas showroom was amazing and on this occasion designed a beautiful downstairs toilet to replace the existing one. It’s a tiny space so it was really important to find small furniture and sanitary ware. Miranda had such good knowledge of all the different products and was able to guide me through the whole process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result and that’s thanks to Miranda and TOMA who carried out the installation to the highest of standards.

So good this is my second time purchasing from Castle Bathroom and Tile Centre. Miranda was extremely professional and helpful in finding the products needed and keeping to my budget. I only wish I had more bathrooms to renovate! 😂

Sam came out to help plan our new bathroom and then we met her in her office to look at and discuss our options. We were so impressed with the plan that we decided to do our downstairs cloakroom as well as our main bathroom. Sam provided us with the details of a recommended bathroom fitter ( Declan ) and he came to quote for the work. Declan and his workmate David were both absolutely outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were real gentlemen in the house. They liaised with Sam at Castle Bathrooms and did a brilliant job. We are always a little nervous having work done as you hear of some horror stories but we were hugely impressed with Castle Bathrooms, Sam, Declan and David. Thoroughly recommended.

Whilst looking for a new radiator for our conservatory we found ‘Castle Bathrooms and Tile centre’ showroom in Bedwas. What a fab choice on display amongst the various fabulous bathroom layouts. ‘Miranda’ was invaluable to us guiding us through the pro’s and con’s of choosing the right radiator for the size of the Conservatory. She sent us home with colour samples and a guide to every conceivable radiator on the planet telling us to take our time there was no rush and come back when we were ready. This we did and again Miranda was so helpful during the ordering process making sure everything we needed was ordered. The radiator arrived just a few days later and delivered on a date that was suitable for us. Can’t wait to see it installed when the conservatory is all finished. I can’t speak highly enough about the Professional, courteous service offered by Miranda with a kindness and understanding not seen very often by sales people these days. Thank you Miranda for making our whole experience enjoyable and run smoothly and we will definitely be back to see you again when we are ready to replace our bathroom in the near future.
