Communication slow . Refused to send hard copy of my investment. Finally delivered an in depth , elaborate , and comprehensive email basically saying
no . Customer care zero . Ridged and pathetic . This is a first . Unbelievable. It’s apparent after opening the account, and being guided to write a review, that their customer service needs to be considered . It’s now obvious that this bank have a cavalier and maverick attitude. I will take my money at the end of the fixed term and kiss them goodbye.

I wanted to transfer an ISA from another Bank to Castle. Easy to fill in the form to create a Castle ISA, in which I could specify the other Bank. When the time for transfer came, everything went smoothly and am now with Castle

The application always feels long drawn out and even intrusive but for our own financial security we should understand why.
My concern is when I need to transfer in from another ISA. A form has to be posted for me to sign. I haven't had this with any other bank. Currently our post, along with many others nationally, is abysmal. I foresee a problem with the transfer looming over the horizon.
